ACCOMMODATION: Gardens
Kabubbu Resort Centre is surrounded by large spacious manicured lawns with plenty of shade for those “lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer”!
The garden is filled with exotic trees, bushes and shrubs sourced from around Uganda. In the Ugandan ‘spring’ there is a blaze of colour and perfume all around you. Sit out and relax with a cool drink and wonder at the majesty of nature under a clear blue sky.

With so many types of vegetation you will also see many species of exotic birds from the highly iridescent humming birds to, if you are lucky, the national bird of Uganda, the Crested Crane. 175 different bird species have been spotted at or within a 2 km radius of the Kabubbu Resort Centre. An expert birdwatcher has listed them – see if you can spot different ones!
If your baggage allowance permits – pack a small pair of binoculars and have your camera ready! There is a copy of 'A Field Guide to the Birds of East Africa' by J.G. Williams & N. Arlott held at our Reception Desk which you may borrow and return so you can more easily identify what you have spotted.

For church-related groups or faith-based NGOs (and any guests who may wish to use it) there is a thatched prayer house that can seat up to 40 for worship, prayer, meditation or bible teaching.
Enjoy!
